Senior Motor Control Expert / Electrical Control System Architect
🚀 We are recruiting: Senior Motor Control Expert / Electrical Control System Architect👑 Position DescriptionAs a core backbone/leader in the electrical control R&D team, you will no longer be limited to the development of single software or hardware. Instead, you will need to lead the research and development of high-power density, high dynamic response motor control platforms from a system-level perspective. Your code and circuits will directly drive the operation of millions of intelligent devices.🔥 You will be responsible for:1. Core control algorithm research and development· Responsible for the development and debugging of advanced control algorithms for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), frameless torque motors, and hub motors.· Deeply study FOC (Field Oriented Control) and DTC (Direct Torque Control), solve technical problems such as high dynamic response, sensorless control without position sensors, and online parameter identification.· For humanoid robots and low-altitude aircraft applications, overcome challenges of high bandwidth, anti-interference, and multi-motor collaborative control.2. Electrical control system architecture and hardware design· Lead the design of motor controller hardware architecture based on 32-bit MCU/DSP (such as TI C2000 series, Infineon Aurix/Tricore series).· Be responsible for the selection of power devices (SiC/GaN/IGBT), drive circuit design, protection circuit design, and signal integrity analysis.Develop DFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for the electrical control system to ensure that the product meets strict automotive-grade/military-grade reliability standards.3. System integration, debugging, and testing· Build test platforms such as dynamometers and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) to lead the real-machine debugging and performance optimization of control algorithms.· Solve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI), safety standards, and thermal management issues that arise during the R&D and production stages of the product.· Write core technical patents, software copyrights, and enterprise technical specifications.🌟 We require you to have1. Education and experience background· Education: Doctoral degree or above, related majors such as power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, control science and engineering.· Experience: 5-10 years of experience in motor control algorithm or power electronic hardware R&D. Candidates with successful mass production experience in main drive/auxiliary drive of new energy vehicles, robot joint modules, unmanned aircraft/low-altitude aircraft motor controllers will be given priority.2. Core professional skills· Proficient in control theory: Solid foundation in modern control theory and power electronics technology, able to proficiently establish mathematical models of motors and power converters.· Proficient in code and modeling: Skilled in C/C++ programming, proficient in Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation.· Familiar with automotive-grade development processes: Knowledge of ASPICE development process and ISO 26262 (functional safety) standards will be given extra points.3. Comprehensive qualities· Possess strong hands-on ability and logical analysis skills, able to adapt to both laboratory and production line working environments.· Have an exploratory spirit and technical ambition, willing to verify control strategies on cutting-edge topologies such as flat wire motors and axial flux motors.Extra-credible rewards:💰 Salary: Highly competitive Base salary + performance bonus + annual salary increase opportunities.🏆 Long-term incentives: Stock options/dividend rights for core positions (grow together with the company).🛡️ Guarantee: Six social insurances and one housing fund (supplementary commercial medical insurance), free employee physical examinations, festival cash gifts.🎓 Growth: Work alongside a 500+ R&D team, provide opportunities to attend top industry exhibitions/technical training and exchange with peers.📍 Working location: Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province (Headquarters R&D Center of Xingzheng Group) 📝 Application Method: Please send your resume to [chendong1212@126.com].
