Role: Lead Software Engineer with Intake Procurement SpecialistLocation: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Description: - 7+ years, Experience in procurement intake/orchestration platforms.- Technical Skills: Ability to configure Zip intake forms/workflows, workflow automation, API integrations, and familiarity with P2P system.- Hands-on experience with Zip (procurement/intake platform) implementation.- Understanding of procurement transformation and the procurement lifecycle.- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.- Establish governance frameworks, ensuring process consistency and audit readiness.- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.- Experience working closely with Legal, Privacy, Security and audit teams.
