Looking for a flexible, part-time position? CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The inspection is used to establish a retailer’s compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual’s schedule. Duties/Responsibilities: · Travel with an Underage Purchaser; identify and verify site address provided · Facilitate and observe undercover buys in coordination with trained Underage Purchasers · Collect evidence of violations, such as photographs and tobacco products · Complete compliance check inspection forms, detailing any violations, when applicable Required qualifications/skills: Must maintain employment with the State of South Carolina or be employed by a city/county within South Carolina Reliable transportation Attention to detail Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy Current Law Enforcement employees are strongly encouraged to apply Current Local and State Employees are strongly encouraged to apply Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Willing to travel in and around the North Myrtle Beach, SC area?
