Internship Program for Multiple Locations
Ethos Treatment, LLC - Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated Master's-level students to join our outpatient behavioral health team as Clinical Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns.Interns will provide services under the supervision of a licensed clinician and will receive both individual and group clinical exposure. This placement is designed to meet graduate-level practicum or internship requirements and must align with the intern's academic program guidelines.Primary Responsibilities Assist clinician with documentation including but not limited to initial evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, and treatment plansProvide individual counseling services under supervision depending on academic year and learning objectivesCo-facilitate group therapy sessions with clinicianParticipate in individual and/or group supervisionAdhere to all agency policies, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulationsLearning Opportunities Weekly supervisionExperience working with adolescents and adult populationsExposure to outpatient mental health and substance use treatment modelsTraining in documentation standardsDevelopment of assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsOpportunity to observe and participate in interdisciplinary collaborationQualifications Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldEligible for practicum or internship placement per academic institutionAbility to pass required background clearancesProfessional liability insuranceStrong communication, professionalism, and organizational skillsSchedule Weekly hours determined by academic program requirementsSome evening availability may be required based on client needsCompensation This is an unpaid internship designed for academic credit only.
