Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make a difference in the lives of preschoolers by providing essential Occupational Therapy support to students ages 3-5. This rewarding contract opportunity offers full-time hours from now until June 17, 2026, across multiple school sites near beautiful Ventura, CA. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, including another SLP onsite, to support up to 50 children as they reach developmental milestones in a dynamic educational setting.What we're looking for:Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (OT)Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT roles preferredStrong communication and collaborative skills, especially with early learners and educatorsAbility to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various school environmentsComfortable working full-time hours and traveling between multiple school sitesPositive, student-focused attitude and passion for early childhood developmentResponsibilities include:Providing direct occupational therapy services to preschool students ages 3-5Assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goalsWorking alongside SLPs and educational staff to support student growthMonitoring and documenting student progress while communicating with families and staffParticipating in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative problem-solvingSupporting the school community through multi-site engagementNot only will you play an important role in these students' development, but our supportive environment ensures you'll have guidance from an experienced SLP at your main location.
