Seeking an Application Support Developer to provide L2/L3 support for healthcare applications and services. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting production issues, supporting releases, and ensuring platform stability across cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support and incident resolution.
Troubleshoot applications built with Java, ReactJS/NodeJS, and Kubernetes.
Monitor application performance and system health.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
Support deployments, releases, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
