*Job description:* *Position: Production Machine Operator* *Location: Westminster, MD* *Contract to Hire* *Hiring for 1st Shift and 2nd shift * *1st Shift: $20/Hour* *Shift Hours: 5:30am-3pm - 9/80 Schedule with every other Friday off* *2nd Shift: $21/Hour* *Shift: M-Th 3:00pm-1:30am - Friday's Off* *Responsibilities of duties include:* * Operate production machines in a cleanroom environment. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the production environment. * Work in a team-oriented workspace. * Perform quality checks. * Log production numbers. *Qualifications for the Production Machine Operator:* * Must have a GED or High School Diploma * Proven experience in machine operation * Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. * Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. *Keywords: *Machine Operator, Assembly, Precision measuring tools, calipers & micrometers, Read & interpret blueprints, mechanical skills, quality control, troubleshoot.
