Winstar Hotel is looking for dependable and energetic seasonal (May through October) Lifeguards to join our team and help keep our pool area safe, welcoming, and guest-ready. Whether you're already certified or looking to become one, we've got you coveredwe offerfree lifeguard certificationand training! What You'll Be Doing:Supervising the hotel pool and hot tub areas to ensure guest safety Providing friendly, helpful service and creating a positive experience for all guests Responding to emergencies using CPR, First Aid, and rescue techniques (training provided) Enforcing pool safety rules and hotel policies Conducting water quality checks and ensuring cleanliness of the area Reporting any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs to management Attending trainings and team meetings Assisting with the upkeep of locker rooms and restrooms You're a Great Fit If You:Are a strong swimmer and comfortable in and around the water Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure Enjoy working with guests of all ages Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented Are willing to complete lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification (provided by us at no cost) Can lift up to 25 lbs and work in a physically active environment Preferred (But Not Required):Previous lifeguard or hospitality experience Basic computer skills Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays Sound like a great fit?Apply today to join a team that values safety, service, and a supportive work environment!
