Solutions Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Develop and engineer abatement solutions based on customer-specific pollution control needs.• Create and optimize tools and methods to improve the efficiency of generating application solutions.• Design and develop process calculation methods for accurate system performance modeling.• Generate application notes, technical notes, and calculation summaries to showcase product capabilities.• Provide essential technical support to sales, manufacturing, and field service teams.• Contribute to R&D efforts for sustaining existing equipment and developing new products.What You'll Need• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.• 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience.• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D drafting software.• Experience creating calculation programs in Microsoft Excel or similar software.• Understanding of key air pollution control technologies.• Knowledge of various air pollution control technologies and systems.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $102,900 - $147,000 plus bonus potential.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance.• Opportunities for professional development and growth within an inclusive environment.• Discretionary annual bonus program and quarterly momentum bonus.Apply via Haystack today!
