About the Role: We are looking for an organized and meticulous Accounts Clerk to join our team at SERVPRO of Southern Trumbull County in Warren, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that provides top-notch restoration and cleaning services to our community. Primary Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and promptly. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues. Requirements: 1-2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong diligence and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
