The Role We’re looking for exceptional plumbing technicians who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential plumbing repair and installation. The position will be based out of our shop at 631 Bullis Rd, Elma NY. Schedules include some weekends, holidays and late starts. (Rotation Basis) The Big Task As a plumber, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired sales metrics. You will diagnose and repair plumbing issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions, You will show the proven ability for strong communication both internally and externally along with strict adherence to following our service system, procedures, and exemplifying our company values. Pay scale is performance plus. Key Tasks Perform and complete all residential and light duty commercial plumbing as assigned Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Complete and turn in required paperwork accurately and timely Treat each customer and their home with respect Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business Communicate clearly Actively participate in all training exercises and meetings Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business Benefits Company vehicle Health insurance - including a no cost plan Dental insurance - generous company contribution 401K Plan with a company match Holiday, sick, and vacation pay Company paid uniforms Employee Assistance Program Base hourly pay (commensurate with experience) for the first 90 days, Performance pay thereafter; base plus commission.. Strong verbal and written communications. Quick, sound decision-making abilities. Good presentation and public speaking skills Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. Highly motivated, is flexible with schedule, and has a great attitude on life. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections Expert in all areas of residential plumbing Valid driver's license with ability to meet our carrier's insurance requirements Reliable transportation Knowledgeable in local plumbing codes Minimum of two years working under a Master Plumber Junior Journeyman or Journeyman license(s) preferred Cellino Plumbing Heating and Cooling was founded in 1995.
