Job Summary: Program Director of Physical TherapistsMediBril is currently seeking an exceptional Program Director of Physical Therapists (P-PT) to oversee our team of dedicated physical therapists. In this leadership role, you will manage daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and promote continuous professional development for your team. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist with significant experience and a passion for leadership, we would be delighted to consider you for this pivotal role.Duties:Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy department, ensuring all activities align with company policies and healthcare regulations.Create, implement, and evaluate physical therapy programs to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.Perform quality audits and reviews to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.Supervise, mentor, and develop physical therapists and support staff, providing professional growth and development opportunities.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Manage budget and resources for the Physical Therapy department, ensuring optimal utilization.Organize and lead departmental meetings, collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Act as the primary liaison between the Physical Therapy department and other healthcare organizations, regulatory bodies, and educational institutions. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physical therapy, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
