This position focuses on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our products or services.Maintain and update accurate information in the CRM system to track leads and interactions.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to enhance lead generation efforts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in sales or lead generation focusing on finance, fintech, or real estate. Familiarity with SMB, CRM software, especially HubSpot.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
