Position: Lead Java Developer (Java + Kafka)Location: Whippany, NJWork Mode: In-Person (Day 1 Onsite)Employment Type: W2 OnlyExperience Required: 15+ YearsNote: No c2c/only w2/ In-Person requiredRequired Skills:Strong experience in Java (preferably Java 17+)Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring IntegrationExpertise in building scalable backend services and REST APIsStrong SQL skills with experience in Oracle or other relational databasesExperience with Apache Kafka and MQ, including producers, consumers, and event-driven architectureExperience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Cucumber, and integration testingStrong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, deployment, and production supportExperience in SWIFT, Payments, Trade, or Settlement domain is highly preferred
