This role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently while driving cost savings and supplier performance. Key ResponsibilitiesPlace and manage purchase orders based on ERP/MRP demand Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules Expedite orders and resolve shortages to avoid production delays Build supplier relationships and negotiate cost savings Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist with invoice discrepancies Support internal teams and handle office supply receiving/distribution Must-Have Qualifications1+ year of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience Experience working in an ERP/MRP system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic negotiation and vendor communication experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Nice-to-HaveManufacturing or MRO purchasing experience Experience with systems like Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics Strong cost-savings/negotiation track record Inventory control or cycle count experience Familiarity with supplier performance metrics (QCDD) Work EnvironmentOn-site role across office, production, and stockroom May lift up to 40 lbs as needed Apply TodayJoin a team where your work directly impacts operations, efficiency, and cost savings.
