The mission-critical solutions we design and manufacture at Vitesse make our country and our world safer.Our Benefits48 hours of Sick and Safe LeaveThe RoleThe Integration & Test Technician role is primarily hands-on, with approximately 75% focused on mechanical assembly and integration work and 25% focused on RF testing and verification.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly & IntegrationPerform assembly and disassembly tasks using hand tools in accordance with travelers, drawings, and work instructionsBuild Mandrel assemblies and verify electrical conductivityPerform hand mechanical solder operationsAssist in integration of waveguide and RF components into subassembliesElectromechanical SystemsWire electromechanical assemblies such as motors, encoders, and waveguide switchesVerify proper functionality of wired systemsRF Testing & VerificationPerform tune, test, and verification of RF microwave componentsSupport RF testing activities for waveguide assemblies and antenna subsystemsMechanical Validation & QualityPerform sealing operations and leak test verificationsInspect assemblies for workmanship and compliance with specificationsDocument test results and report discrepanciesWorkplace & ComplianceFollow all applicable procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelinesResponsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S, including cleanup after task completionSuccess MetricsThroughput (units completed vs. plan)On-Time completion of assigned work orders/travelersFirst-pass yield (builds passing inspection without reworkOther Duties As AssignedQualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to read and comprehend mechanical blueprints (training provided for entry-level candidates)Basic computer skills (training provided for entry-level candidates)Experience with hand toolsHigh attention to detailnterest in mechanical assembly or technical workFamiliarity with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc)Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or inspectionAwareness of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 or similar)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnGood attention to detail and pride in hands-on workAbility to follow instructions and work in a team environmentGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityDependable, punctual, and consistent in completing assigned tasksPositive attitude and openness to feedback and trainingVitesse Systems, LLC Performs Work Controlled By The International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) And Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
