About the Opportunity: The Network Governance Manager is responsible for establishing and scaling a governance framework that ensures the safe and sustainable growth of a large merchant network exceeding 100,000 participants, including independent and long tail merchants. This role is critical in managing network controls, compliance, and risk, while integrating AI and automation to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency.3. Responsibilities:Own the network governance framework, including policies, standards, and proceduresAct as the first line of defense owner for compliance controls across various domains such as AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and funds settlementScale governance models effectively with merchant growthChampion AI agent use cases to automate governance workflowsDefine and implement AI-assisted monitoring with human oversightCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI outputs are auditable and operationally viablePartner with compliance to address audit findings and implement policiesManage merchant and third-party oversight standardsOversee unsettled funds processes and financial controlsLead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority using governance frameworksMaintain governance documentation and provide executive reporting4.
