Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Riverview, MICareOne Senior Care is currently hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support for clients in the Riverview area. Caregivers in this role assist individuals with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, patient, and able to work independently while following a care plan and communicating any changes in client needs to the office.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneProvide companionship and emotional supportSupport clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulationPrepare meals and assist with feeding when neededPerform light housekeeping such as cleaning, dishes, and laundryProvide medication reminders as directed in the care planAccompany clients to appointments or errands when requiredMaintain a safe and clean home environmentReport any changes in client condition or behavior to the officeScheduleFlexible scheduling based on availabilityFull-time and part-time positions availableDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be offeredAdditional hours may be available based on client needsPay$14.00 – $17.00 per hourPay is based on experience and level of care requiredQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldPrevious caregiving experience preferred but not requiredValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation requiredAbility to pass a background checkTB test required prior to employmentStrong communication skills and professionalismAbility to perform physical caregiving tasks as neededWork EnvironmentCaregivers will work one-on-one with clients in a home setting.
