Job ResponsibilitiesClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens.Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.Sign for room keys, cart. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.Keep cart clean.Job RequirementsPrevious cleaning experience preferredPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related establishment preferredIdentification verifying you are at least 18 years of ageThe ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysThe ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)The desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentThe ability and desire to work independently with little supervisionMulti-tasking skillsStrong communication skills - the ability to speak, read, and write in the English LanguageThe ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interactionThe above list of job functions is not inclusive.
