Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: CaliforniaSchedule: Full-timeOverview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our care team. The LCSW will provide counseling, support, and care coordination to patients and families, addressing behavioral health needs, psychosocial challenges, and access to community resources.
