This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of litigation or employment law experience, as well as entry-level candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced legal environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with drafting, propounding, and responding to discovery requestsOrganize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentationCalendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresAssist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder organizationManage case materials and documentation within FilevineCommunicate with internal teams and assist with case coordinationProvide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as neededRequirements1-3 years of experience in discovery, litigation support, or a related legal role preferredExperience handling discovery in personal injury, employment law, or other litigation practice areas preferredEntry-level candidates with strong organizational and writing skills are encouraged to applyBasic understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure preferredFamiliarity with Filevine or similar case management systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not availableHourly Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)West Coast Trial Lawyers offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, along with firm-sponsored team lunches.Salary Description$18.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
