RF Engineer LTE Design

Location: Plano, TX No. of Positions: 1 Length of Contract: 3 months (to start) W2 Rate (all inclusive): $43.25 – $47.91/hr Only Candidates who are authorized to work in the US will be considered for this position. Scope of Work RF engineers needed for LTE design projects in Richardson, TX. Skill set Candidates must have design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design. Minimum 10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE. Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools Good communication skills in English Good troubleshooting skills Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI’s, etc. Candidate must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers) Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.) Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary. Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them
