Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Elizabeth, NJ, for an Assistant Retail Sales Manager. The Assistant Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily retail operations, support a team of sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, training and motivating staff, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to ensure the retail space operates efficiently and aligns with the brand's vision and values.
