Job Description Job Title: Front End Development Lead Duration: 6 months Responsibilities Drive consistent end-to-end User Experience (UX) of a solution by collaborating with product management and user experience designers Lead the development process and implementation of the front-end solutions Design and implement UI components with right consideration for usability, performance and customization Provide creative solutions and guidance for the team Mentor other engineers in UI implementation Ability to work with UX Designers to translate designs into rich HTML Interfaces Should have designed and implemented UI for at least one medium to large scale multi-tiered application Strong interpersonal skills, Problem solving, Analytical skills, and mentoring ability Self-starter with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Work closely with other teams including developers, designers and Quality Assurance (QA) Communicates with Managers, Team Leads and Product Owners to accomplish business goals Technical Skills Proven proficiency with Rich Internet Applications (RIA), cross-browser web application development, UI technologies and Frameworks such as GUI Html/Xhtml Css/Css3 JavaScript Advanced Scripting Concepts Ajax & JSON HTML5 Added advantage: Core Java, JSP, Spring MVC and Jquery Required Qualifications Ajax / 5 years Client-Side Scripting: HTML / 5 years Java JQuery #J-18808-Ljbffr
