Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionOPEN MINDS is a growing market intelligence firm focused on helping those who serve complex consumers in the health and human services industry, and we are looking to add market researchers to our team.The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity and exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with computer applications, and demonstrate superior written and verbal communication.Key Responsibilities For These Positions IncludeConduct research (web, email, and telephone) to support the client projects for OPEN MINDS corporate databasesDraft correspondence (emails) as directed to obtain market research dataComplete follow-up calls as standard validation process for client projectsComplete follow-up calls to complete corporate surveysMaintain the master database, accurately entering new records and updating current record systemsThese PositionsWork out of our office located in Gettysburg, PAAre full-time, salaried positions with growth potentialInclude full benefits (medical, dental, and vision)Are available for participation in a comprehensive 401(k) programRequirements The ideal candidate will have:Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Outgoing interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people across all areas of the organization and within current and prospective customer organizationsThe ability to work as part of a team, and independently while managing multiple tasks with competing deadlinesAbility to stand and sit for long periods of timePossess general web research skills and ability to enter information into a master database following provided instructionsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsCollege degree preferred but not requiredSalary Description$40,000/year
