You'll play a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.What You'll DoTroubleshoot & Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform Preventive Maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeInstall & Replace equipment parts and components when neededCalibrate & Adjust machinery to ensure optimal performanceTest Equipment to confirm safe and proper operation after repairsRead & Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work ordersMaintain Documentation of work performed and updates to equipmentPrioritize Safety by following proper procedures and protocolsCollaborate with team members and vendors in a professional mannerUse Basic Computer Skills for emails, spreadsheets, and online researchStay Organized by keeping work areas and the maintenance shop cleanAssist with Projects or other duties as assigned by managementWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in industrial maintenance or a related fieldKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read schematics and technical manualsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsReliable, safety-conscious, and detail-orientedValid driver's license (required for occasional local errands in company vehicle)Pay & SchedulePay Range: Starting at $20/hrSchedule: Full-time, shifts may vary
