Program Controls Analyst and Senior Program Controls Analyst Earned Value Management (EVM) | Program Finance 🚨 OPT VISA not Accepted 📍 Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite) 🚨 Candidates without Program Controls / Earned Value Management experience will not be considered. We are seeking a Program Controls Analyst with strong Earned Value Management (EVM) and program finance experience to support mission-critical programs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support program management, engineering, and finance teams Prepare EVM reports, CDRLs, dashboards, and executive summaries Track cost, schedule, forecasting, and resource allocation Analyze program performance data and identify risks/opportunities Support financial briefings and program reporting activities Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 5+ years of Program Controls, EVM, or Program Finance experience Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills Experience preparing EVM reports and executive-level reporting Ability to support fast-paced, mission-critical programs TS/SCI clearance preferred or ability to obtain clearance
