Front OfficeEnsuring each visitor has the appropriate credentials to enter campus site and to pick up students
Communicating with teachers on student pick-ups
Directing visitors to appropriate team member
Organizing essential forms and documents for families
Copying materials to ensure there is always a supply of all documents at hand
Communicating effectively with Campus Teams to ensure all documents for activities, events, etc. are current
Maintaining confidentiality of records as appropriate
Familiarizing with various roles and duties of team members
Managing a list of extensions and ensuring list remains updated throughout the year
Providing school team support as needed. This includes:
Recruiting students for the following school year if needed
Exercising good judgment and excellent customer service:
Answering all phone calls
Greeting parents, students, visitors
Applicant NurtureImplement applicant nurture engagements and maintain communication with prospective families throughout the recruitment process converting families from step to step such as lead to applicant
Tailor outreach messages and content to individual applicants, addressing their unique needs and interests
Conduct regular follow-up calls, emails, or messages to answer questions, provide updates, and build a positive applicant experience
Track applicant interactions, maintain detailed records, and schedule follow-up tasks
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize the applicant nurture experience
Identify when applicants have become uninterested in BridgePrep Academy and manage the process to re-engage
System MaintenanceComplete application verification calls and update application system as needed
Ensure applicant data is accurate and captured in a timely manner

Experience working with diverse families and communities
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to excite and engage a diverse group of parents, students and community stakeholders
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desire to continuously learn and evolve as a professional
Physical RequirementsLight work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move

Working Requirements:The usual job functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 25% sitting, 30% walking, and 45% standing. The job is performed under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness and in a clean atmosphere.
