Office Clerk II

Front OfficeEnsuring each visitor has the appropriate credentials to enter campus site and to pick up students Communicating with teachers on student pick-ups Directing visitors to appropriate team member Organizing essential forms and documents for families Copying materials to ensure there is always a supply of all documents at hand Communicating effectively with Campus Teams to ensure all documents for activities, events, etc. are current Maintaining confidentiality of records as appropriate Familiarizing with various roles and duties of team members Managing a list of extensions and ensuring list remains updated throughout the year Providing school team support as needed. This includes: Recruiting students for the following school year if needed Exercising good judgment and excellent customer service: Answering all phone calls Greeting parents, students, visitors Applicant NurtureImplement applicant nurture engagements and maintain communication with prospective families throughout the recruitment process converting families from step to step such as lead to applicant Tailor outreach messages and content to individual applicants, addressing their unique needs and interests Conduct regular follow-up calls, emails, or messages to answer questions, provide updates, and build a positive applicant experience Track applicant interactions, maintain detailed records, and schedule follow-up tasks Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize the applicant nurture experience Identify when applicants have become uninterested in BridgePrep Academy and manage the process to re-engage System MaintenanceComplete application verification calls and update application system as needed Ensure applicant data is accurate and captured in a timely manner QualificationsBelief and commitment to the mission Delivers exceptional customer service Experience working with diverse families and communities Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to excite and engage a diverse group of parents, students and community stakeholders Effective verbal and written communication skills Desire to continuously learn and evolve as a professional Physical RequirementsLight work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move CompensationBridgePrep Academy offers a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
