Environmental Scientist II - Temporary

Overview Under the general guidance and review of a supervisor plans, develops, and implements scientific programs; reviews and analyzes proposed projects and plans for consistency with policies, statutes, regulations, rules, and environmental impact; researches, collects, analyses, and enters information into and maintains data bases, and drafts reports; prepares environmental impact statements and recommendations for corrective actions/alternatives; develops, reviews and processes grant/loan applications; and prepares, develops, presents, and distributes informational and educational materials. Participates in field work, including project reviews, site inspections, investigations and the preparation of draft recommendations. Performs related duties as required. Who May
