Senior Project Scheduler

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Port Washington, WI. The Senior Project Scheduler will lead and support scheduling efforts across a hyperscale mission critical data center project. This role is critical in ensuring schedule accuracy, risk visibility, and effective communication to support on-time project delivery. You will partner closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and maintain project schedules from planning through executionResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLead scheduling efforts across multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard softwarePartner with Project Managers to build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define sequencing, and estimate durationsAnalyze construction documents and contract requirements to translate scope into actionable schedulesMonitor progress, identify risks, and analyze critical path activitiesPerform schedule risk analysis and develop “what-if” scenarios to mitigate delaysReview contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and updatesSupport claims analysis, including delay impacts and cost implicationsPrepare reports including schedule updates, earned value analysis (EVA), and forecastingCommunicate schedule status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholdersMaintain standardized scheduling processes and ensure quality control across deliverablesSupport business development efforts, client presentations, and RFP developmentQualifications6+ years of relevant scheduling experienceExperience with Primavera P6 requiredStrong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and delay analysisAbility to analyze schedules, identify critical path, and assess project riskExperience with mission-critical, hyperscale, or data center construction projects (preferred)Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex schedule data and communicate risks and impacts clearly.
