Direct Sales Associate

Job description:About Us:Blue Ridge Services is a leading provider of training and consulting for the Solid Waste Industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Direct Sales employee to join our team and contribute to our continued success.The Role:This role is to drive company revenue by connecting our product with Solid Waste customers, generating leads, building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales all while meeting goals. It is the crucial link between Blue Ridge and the Solid Waste industry.Key Responsibilities:Cold calling/direct sales to client list.Manage calls and emails from new and existing customers.Provide timely and accurate information about our products and services to include sending out marketing materials as needed.Troubleshoot basic customer issues and/or refer complex problems to the appropriate team members.Work closely with the sales team to support strategic campaigns and assist with administrative tasks.You will be trained in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ActiveCampaign).Qualifications:Previous experience in sales is required, but training on our products will be provided.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone demeanor.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask.High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in Sales or Marketing is a plus.Experience with heavy construction or large equipment is a plus.Benefits:Starting at $30/hr. depending on experience.Paid Holidays.Medical stipend and paid time off provided after a 6-month probationary period.Note: Will need 4wd, AWD or studs to access the office.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offWork Location: In person
