Leasing Agent

Looking for someone with a sales/customer service driven personality. Leasing Agent experience is a plus but not required. Looking for someone customer focused and well organized with excellent time management skills. The Leasing Agent will conduct the day-to-day operations of the community, including, but not limited to: give apartment tours/lease apartments rent collections bank deposits pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections delegate and monitor work orders maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and maintenance staff be available to work some Saturday's The potential candidate needs to have a flexible attitude and ability to role with the punches.
