We do too!HYBRID schedule!Best in Class Firm!Competitive Compensation Package!Complete Benefits Package!Accelerated Career Growth!Fun Company Activities!Many More!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit tax returnsProvide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients across a variety of industriesSupervise and mentor tax staff and seniors, including training, development, and performance reviewsResearch complex tax issues and provide well-supported recommendations and solutionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and serviceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsQualifications:CPA license requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation is a plus)5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxStrong technical knowledge of tax laws and compliance standardsExperience using tax preparation and accounting software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar)Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
