Join a forward-thinking organization as the driving force behind payroll excellence and contribute to ongoing success through innovative management.Payroll Manager Key Requirements:Over 5 years of comprehensive payroll experience, including a few years in a supervisory or managerial capacityDemonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-state payroll operationsStrong knowledge of payroll laws, tax reporting, and compliance standardsHands-on experience with in-house payroll systems across multiple statesCertification such as CPP is preferredMain Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end payroll processing for a sizable, multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and timelinessProvide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to the payroll team to meet organizational objectivesOversee payroll tax filings, reconciliation, and annual reporting including W-2sEnforce internal controls aligned with company policies and SOX compliance standardsPartner with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to troubleshoot issues and optimize payroll workflowsSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and testing related to payroll and HR platformsCoordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews, providing necessary documentationPresent payroll financial insights and updates to senior leadership to inform decision-makingPerks & Benefits:Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experienceOpportunity for performance-based bonusesFlexible remote work optionsGenerous paid time off: three weeks of vacation, one week sick leave, with accrual increasesCompany-sponsored phone stipendOpportunities for career growth within a supportive team environmentReady to elevate your payroll leadership and contribute to a thriving organization?
