Supervisor Primary Care Back Office
Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Primary Care Back Office Supervisor to join their team! This position works Monday-Friday.
The Primary Care Back Office Supervisor is a healthcare professional responsible for facilitating and coordinating the workflow of the back office to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This position operates under the direction of the Clinic Site Manager and supports the back office team through supervision, coordination, and clinical duties.
This role requires a strong commitment to Adapt Integrated Health Care's mission and vision, supporting collaboration between providers, behavioral health professionals, community partners, patients, and their families
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse License
Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Current/valid Driver's license
Current CPR certification
Experience working in EPIC HER preferred
Primary Responsibilities
Supervisor Duties
Supervise back office staff, including Mas, PCCs, LPNs, and RNs as applicable.
Collaborate with leadership to support site growth and team development.
Identify training needs and provide or coordinate staff training.
Lead hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Approve payroll timesheets.
Manage RN Triage schedules and participate in triage duties.
Coordinate scheduling coverage for MA, PCC, Referral, and Immunization Coordinators.
Maintain accuracy of procedural binders and training materials:
Universal Precautions
Lab Equipment
SDS
Emergency Preparedness
Chore Books
Facilitate and document regular back office staff training.
Coordinate monthly peer review with providers and submit outcomes to Quality Improvement Coordinator.
Monitor medical supply inventory and disposal of expired products.
Oversee vaccine program operations, inventory, and compliance.
Actively participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
Communicate regularly with the Clinic Site Manager and Back Office Manager.
Provide clinical support as needed to maintain back office operations.
Record meeting minutes and contribute to monthly team meetings
Managerial Support
Provide coverage and decision-making support in the absence of the Clinic Site Manager.
Respond to personnel inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Communicate staffing updates and coverage needs.
Complete assigned leadership tasks promptly and reliably.
Perform other duties as assigned.
