Manager of Operations (Firm Operations) – Workers’ Compensation Law FirmFully Remote- possible quarterly onsite visitsup to 150k*MUST HAVE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE*A growing, mid-sized workers’ compensation law firm is hiring a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day firm operations and build a scalable infrastructure that improves productivity, accountability, client experience, and profitability.This is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, serving as the operational bridge between attorneys, case teams, support functions, and leadership. A major priority is owning and optimizing Salesforce (Litify) to drive workflow automation, reporting, and data-driven performance management.What you’ll own:• End-to-end operational performance across intake, onboarding, pre-lit and litigation workflows, case progression, and file processing• SOP development, process improvement, workload balancing, and staffing efficiency across departments• Salesforce (Litify) administration and optimization: dashboards, reporting, workflow design, automation, data integrity, training, and adoption• KPI scorecards, weekly accountability rhythms, and bottleneck reduction using CRM-driven insights• Budget support, vendor oversight, resource allocation, and cost-per-case visibility to strengthen margins• Compliance and risk controls, confidentiality standards, and audit readiness• Client experience monitoring (CSAT/NPS), service-level standards, and complaint resolution processes• Systems integration coordination (case management, document systems, and related platforms)What success looks like (examples of outcomes you’ll drive): • Faster case cycle times and measurable reduction in stagnant case inventory• Higher staff utilization and productivity with clear role-based scorecards• Increased CRM/workflow compliance and reduced manual admin work through automation• Improved cost per case and profitability metrics without sacrificing client experienceIdeal background: • 5+ years leading operations (law firm or professional services strongly preferred)• Hands-on Salesforce CRM ownership (Litify experience a plus; certification preferred)• Strong operational leadership: managing managers, performance expectations, coaching, and accountability• Analytical and systems-oriented mindset with comfort building dashboards, metrics, and process controls• Experience coordinating workflows across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment• Workers’ compensation process familiarity strongly preferredHealth insurance, dental insurance and life insurance are offered with this full-time direct hire role.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
