Align team and market activities with TitanCEO’s broader vision and strategic objectives. Growth & Business DevelopmentStrategically plan and drive market initiatives to achieve growth, engagement, and sponsorship goals.Identify, prospect, and secure sponsorship opportunities, managing pipeline and achieving market growth goals.Track lead generation and ROI for all business development efforts.Build and sustain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and the broader business community to secure ongoing support for program initiatives.Track and report on lead generation, ROI, and sponsorship performance metrics. Relationship Management & Effective CommunicationFoster a collaborative, high-performing culture that emphasizes accountability, execution, and shared objectives.Lead, mentor, and inspire internal team members (Program Manager and Program Coordinator) to achieve milestones and deliver results.Build and sustain relationships with sponsors, board members, and key partners to secure ongoing support and collaboration.Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with current, future, and past Titans, ensuring they feel valued, engaged, and connected to the community.Build and manage nomination and judging committees to meet program goals while ensuring diversity and quality of applicants.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, escalating challenges in a timely manner and collaborating on solutions. Events Oversight, Marketing, & Community EngagementPlan, organize, and execute in conjunction with the Program Manager all Titan100 events, ensuring seamless delivery, high attendance, and alignment with TitanCEO’s standards of excellence.Secure venues and manage logistics on schedule and within budget.Oversee video shoots, award ceremonies, and community events, achieving attendance, revenue, and engagement goals.Monitor event and market performance, track metrics, and report outcomes to leadership, adjusting strategies to ensure sustained growth.Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns to engage the Titan100 community, renew memberships, attract new participants, and enhance sponsor visibility.Ensure all communications, events, and initiatives reflect the prestige, brand, and values of TitanCEO.Maintain a strong presence in the local market and on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to build visibility, influence, and community connections. Planning, Metrics & Operational OversightPlan and prioritize work to align with program goals and commitments.Track and report on program milestones, budget, and metrics. Achieve market nomination goals, ensuring the quality of applicants.Ensure attention to detail in all operational and strategic activities, driving meaningful outcomes and continuous improvement.Qualifications:***Must live in Colorado.****Enthusiasm for engaging with CEOs and C-level executives, coupled with a genuine passion for fostering professional growth.Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.5+ years of proven success in marketing, sales, events, or related roles, demonstrating adaptability and a thirst for continuous learning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with a knack for effective communication both verbally and in writing.Exemplary organizational skills, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations at every turn.Compensation: Our total compensation range for this role is $100,000–$150,000 (including base salary AND performance-based components, such as commission)Join us at TitanCEO and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to empowering industry leaders and shaping the future of business.www.titanceo.comwww.titan100.biz
