This role is fully accountable for property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies.Responsibilities* Manage all property operations, financial performance, budgets, occupancy goals, and vendor relations* Supervise and support on‐site staff, including leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping teams* Oversee leasing operations: tours, applications, move‐ins/outs, renewals, and marketing efforts* Maintain accurate records, reports, lease files, and office operations* Ensure strong resident relations, handle service requests, resolve concerns, and support retention* Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely unit turns* Monitor market trends, update marketing strategies, and maintain online presence* Ensure safety compliance, incident reporting, and adherence to company standardsQualifications* 3+ years of on‐site property management experience, including xhqgsiq 1 year as a Community Manager* Associate degree or equivalent experience* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills* Proficient with property management software, Microsoft Office, and online tools* Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background/drug screening
