Kitting Specialist (Warehouse / Supply Chain)A kitting specialist in a warehouse environment is responsible for picking, assembling, and preparing materials into complete kits to support production, order fulfillment, or distribution operations.Key Responsibilities:Pick components and materials from warehouse inventory using pick lists or RF scannersAssemble and package kits according to work orders or customer specificationsVerify accuracy of parts, quantities, and quality before completing kitsLabel, stage, and prepare kits for shipping or production useMaintain organized inventory and ensure proper stock levelsReport shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to supervisorsFollow warehouse safety procedures and company standardsSkills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer or scanner (RF) experienceAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsGood time management and ability to meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with a reliable work ethicAbility to lift and move materials (as required)Utilized BOMs and work orders to support efficient production and order fulfillmentLeadership skills1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm$16.00 an hourEOE
