Compliance Position

Job Description Position Summary:Responsible for conducting routine driving tours/inspections of all lots in each of our east valley communities in conjunction with various Fine and Violation Policies; processing and mailing violation notices; working with residents over the phone or email to discuss non-compliance letters; providing reports to the community managers and meet with residents to review their situation and providing education on their community's documents.Position Responsibilities&middot; Responsible for reviewing and having a solid understanding of various association governing documents.&middot; Provide superior customer service while communicating expectations for compliance concerns and providing education to homeowners and residents.&middot; Provides direct support to the Community Management team to uphold community standards. Collaborates with residents to educate and ensure long-term solutions to infractions.&middot; Records and tracks compliance issues using the company database and maintains detailed records of non-compliance and investigates reported complaints.&middot; Prepares and mails all compliance and fine notices.&middot; Processes violation letters and charges for each community and take homeowner calls to resolve their situation.&middot; Provides timely reports to the Community Manager.&middot; Reports to the Director of Compliance.&middot; Provides additional support to team members when needed.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesA disciplined individual with the ability to work independently while carrying out multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and well organized.Establish priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Use computer programs and databases proficiently including Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as internet-based software.Must have advanced verbal and written communication skills and work cooperatively with members of the Thrive Team, Board Members, and clients.Ability to interpret, evaluate, and explain governing documents.Customer service experience.Bilingual is a plus.Prior HOA experience is preferred.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentPosition involves driving, sitting, standing, and walking. Must have a reliable and insured vehicle to perform inspections of the community. The candidate must also have a current and valid driver's license, and current vehicle registration and hold a clean driving record.
