Before and After School Teacher

Job Summary: The Before and After School Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children outside regular school hours. This role involves planning and leading activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development while ensuring the well-being of all students. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of children during before and after school hours. Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and academic support. Help with homework and provide tutoring as needed. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding student progress and behavior. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Follow school policies and procedures, including emergency protocols. Qualifications: Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage and engage a group of students. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
