Warehouse ManagerIndiana Small Batch (ISB) Indiana (On-site)About the RoleIndiana Small Batch is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery logistics across the state.This role sits at the center of our operations. You will be responsible for keeping product moving, inventory accurate, and deliveries running smoothly while supporting both sales and operations.If you like building systems, staying organized, and being in the middle of the action, this is for you.What You’ll DoWarehouse & Inventory ManagementMaintain a clean, organized, and fully operational warehouseManage daily inventory counts and ensure accuracy across systemsTrack inventory in QuickBooks, Handifox, and Google SheetsReceive and log purchase orders upon deliveryFlag low inventory and coordinate reordering with the teamLogistics & DeliveriesBuild efficient delivery routes based on weekly salesDeliver product to retailers, bars, and restaurants across the stateCoordinate delivery expectations with internal teams and customersManage product staging and prep for distributionOperations & Finance SupportCreate invoices and mark payments in QuickBooksCollect, process, and deposit checksSupport basic bookkeeping and financial trackingEnsure samples are properly tracked and allocatedCross-Functional SupportWork closely with Sales and Operations on order fulfillmentHelp manage delivery timelines and expectationsSupport future scaling, including training new warehouse staffWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory managementFamiliarity with QuickBooks (required)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple moving pieces at onceComfortable working independently and taking ownershipReliable transportation and ability to travel locally for deliveriesCompensation & Benefits$50,000 salary401(k) after 3 monthsPTOGas card providedWhy ISBWe’re building something that moves fast and requires people who can keep up.
