Position DetailsJob Title: Junior Doctrine DeveloperLocation: Patrick AFB, FL — OnsiteClearance: Active TS/SCIEducation: Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or a related fieldAbout the Role:This position directly supports Space Force doctrine development, coordination, staffing, and sustainment. You will work closely with Government and contractor teams to manage doctrine actions, staffing requirements, taskers, and coordination activities.The role is especially focused on Space Force experience and action-officer capabilities, rather than traditional technical writing alone.Key Responsibilities:Manage assigned Space Force, Joint, and allied doctrine actions from tasking through completion.Receive, analyze, track, coordinate, and close taskers using TMT, ETMS2, or similar systems.Develop and manage Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) and provide clear recommendations.Review Joint and allied doctrine to identify Space Force equities, operational requirements, terminology, roles, and responsibilities.Translate complex doctrine publications into executive summaries, briefing slides, charts, training materials, and other senior-leader products.Conduct research and analysis related to Space Force, Joint, and allied doctrine, policies, and operational concepts.Participate in doctrine working groups, staffing events, coordination meetings, and reviews.Coordinate with Government personnel, Joint organizations, contractor teams, other Services, and allied partners.Independently manage multiple priorities, requirements, and deadlines with limited supervision.
