They develop applications (writing, editing, and debugging) that effective solutions to address business problems. Developers work with many different tools and environments to manage code; and work with business analysts and end users to understand, test, and implement solutions. The developer participates in review and design sessions to plan projects; and are called on to provide training for IT and non-IT team members on the systems that are developed.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Business data gathering and analysis Application/Software design, development, modification, and implementationUtilize multiple development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, etc. Project management and status updatesTeam interaction and collaboration on projectsParticipate in developing business process improvements and troubleshooting issuesInternal functional interaction and support EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:Management Information SystemsComputer ScienceOther related technical fields QUALIFICATIONS:Professional and diplomatic demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAction oriented and seizes opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsQuickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasksTechnical Aptitude and skill setGood business acumen and business process knowledgeEffectively utilizes time and organizes priorities wellPossesses good organizational and time management skills.
