Inspired Solutions is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Warehouse Project Manager to lead a critical project focused on the receipt and kitting of IT equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, generating detailed reports, coordinating shipping and receiving operations, and providing exceptional leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires direct interaction with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the planning and execution of IT equipment receipt and kitting projects. Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and readiness for operations. Generate and present reports on project progress, inventory status, and logistics efficiency. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Oversee project team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement best practices in inventory management and project execution. Ensure compliance with SAFETY regulations and company policies. Develops continued project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
