Machine Operator

Machine OperatorFlowly Solutions is looking for an experienced machine operator to join the production floor team. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of production, machine operation and a basic understanding of maintenance. You'll be working with numerous production machines to make a variety of parts. We will train you on our specific machinery.Job ResponsibilitiesSetting up and running the machines based on the daily production scheduleWatching your machines and outputs to make sure everything is hitting specDoing basic troubleshooting if the manufactured parts are incorrectChecking your completed projects to locate any possible defectsMaintaining your work environment to ensure it is safe and cleanRunning multiple machines simultaneouslyPerforming basic repairs and maintenance to your machineQualifications We PreferA minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing settingExperience using measuring tools like a tape measure or caliperStrong reading comprehension and the ability to read written instructionsMust have reliable transportation to workAble to lift 40 pounds and stand for the entire shiftBenefits OfferedCompetitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employeesPay range from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experienceCompetitive medical and dental insurance plans401k Retirement PlansHoliday PayWork ScheduleNo Weekend Work, Monday - Friday6:00am - 2:30pmFlowly Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
