Sales Executive - Chicago, IL - JOB 26-00221Salary Range: $80K - $110K Permanent Position with BenefitsU.S. based manufacturer is seeking to hire a Chicago, Illinois area Sales Executive to market initiatives, perform contract negotiations and build customer relationships in the elevator industry.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level educationMinimum 3+ years' of technical sales experience in the elevator industry or 5+ years of sales experience in building products Knowledge of modernization, new equipment / elevator components strongly preferredMS Office proficient with exceptional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with attention to detail and history of managing and growing sales regionsUp to 50% travel is typical as regular in person client visits are needed to build customer relations and generate new leads through referralsMarket and sell current product lines, including custom and program elevator cabs, doors, parts, elevator entrances, safety and drive componentsPrepare sales budgets, comprehensive business reports, sales plans and sales forecasts using internal and external sales and marketing dataCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens!
