Culinary & Cafe Manager

Making the famous LITTLE TREES air fresheners here in the USA since 1952. Summary: Are you a culinary artist?Do you love creating new dishes? If so, this position is for you! The Culinary & Café Manager leads the café team to create fresh healthy breakfast and lunch items and is responsible for managing the LITTLE TREES Café, an on-site café with an open kitchen, serving our employees and their guests. The LITTLE TREES Café serves guests 7:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday. Responsibilities:Create healthy, innovative and delicious breakfast and lunch menu items Identify current food trends and adapt to new menu items Manage and train café team, including food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced environment Manage inventory, minimize waste and order food, beverages and supplies Coordinate timely delivery of food to manufacturing facility using company vehicle Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment Requirements:3+ years culinary experience with focus on breakfast and lunch ServSafe certification or equivalent Valid driver's license Salary: $70,000 - $90,000Benefits include immediate eligibility in 401K Savings Plan & Match, Medical & Dental/Vision Insurance, weekly Dependent Care Reimbursement, Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, on-site Café & Fitness Center and free family fitness memberships.
