We are passionate about providing our customers with a "vacation in their own backyard," and we need dedicated people to help us deliver that dream.We are seeking a Service Technician to join our teamwork-oriented service department. In this role, you won't be out on an island; you will work as a vital part of a service team, collaborating directly with a Lead Technician to maintain and repair pools, spas, and saunas.This is an ideal position for a high-energy, self-motivated individual who enjoys active work and wants to learn a specialized trade through hands-on mentorship.What You’ll Be DoingCollaborative Service: Partner with a Lead Tech to perform high-quality repairs and routine maintenanceActive Field Work: Spend your day outdoors (7–10 hours) moving between job sites in a company vehicleTechnical Support: Assist with the "heavy lifting" of the service world—from equipment installs to complex troubleshootingCustomer Interaction: Represent Pool World with a professional attitude and a focus on "doing it right the first time."A Qualified Candidate Must Have:A Valid Driver’s License: Must be insurable under our corporate auto insurance (relatively clean record for the last 5 years)Physical Stamina: Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and enjoy working outdoors regardless of the weatherA Professional Mindset: Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking with a positive, "team-first" attitudeA Desire to Learn: You are a "student of the trade" who is interested in growing your technical skillsWhy You’ll Love Working HereThis is a long-term, year-round position with a company that truly values its people.
